WAIVERS: Waivers are for birthday parties only where a parent will not be present to sign the waiver in the facility. The paper waiver is to be completed and sent with the child. On the paper waiver you must include your driver’s license number or the last 4 of your social security number. Without this information your child will not be allowed to participate. Reservations required: first come/first serve. 50% deposit required on all parties. 48 hours notice for party rescheduling. Cancellations or no shows does not constitute refund. Birthday parties do not reserve the track. Party race heats will be worked in between "arrive & drive" heats. 10 junior racers per race maximum.
